Cost per 3m Vat R 300.00.  Total length is 5 meters.  No Entries will be accepted without the exhibitor providing their own net, bowl, and photographs.

All enquiries regarding stands please note that we have space for 6 stands and will be based on first come  first paid basis.  Stands are available at R 1800.00 each covered and uncovered.  The best stand will win a prize, based on looks, info available, display and decorations.

BENCHING

Entrants with large entries are encouraged to bench early on Friday 1 April.  All fish from the same entrant MUST be benched together.  Entrants will be given a vat number and will be benched in the order in which entrants arrive - if you leave and your benching number is called you will bench at the end.  Benching ends @ 16h30 sharp.  No late entrants will be accepted.

DEBENCHING

Will take place on Sunday 3^rdcommencing at 12h30 all entrants must have forms signed off by show manager prior to leaving  the grounds.  No entrant is allowed to debench before the time as we are open till 12h00.

There will be a potjie held on Friday the 1^st at the show venue starting at 18h00 at a cost of R 60.00 per head. Drinks not included. There will be a dinner at THREE SERVICES CLUB on Saturday 2^nd starting at 19h00 at a cost of R 95.00 per head.  Drinks not included, CASH BAR ONLY .  Payment must be made in advance with your entries, stating the number of people attending.  An auction will be held the Saturday night after the dinner.
